**COVID19 UPDATE**

COVID is once again surging in our community. Vaccination continues to be the most effective way we can fight this, and we implore everyone 5+ to get vaccinated if they have not already done so. We are currently offering COVID vaccines and boosters to all eligible patients 5+ at well checks and office visits. Due to staffing limitations, we are not scheduling boosters and 1st dose COVID vaccines as nurse only visits.
We ask that families bring the fewest people possible with them to a visit to further minimize exposures. If you or your child has recently been diagnosed with COVID, please let us know prior to your appointment.
We continue to require masks for everyone 5 and older in our clinic and strongly encourage masks for ages 2-4.”.
